The OwnMG text program

OwnMG sends recurring informational text messages to people who ask to receive them. Messages let you know about new or updated OwnMG guides and share short educational notes about mortgage topics. They do not contain loan offers, and we will never ask you for account numbers, passwords or Social Security numbers by text.

How you join

You join by entering your mobile number on our sign-up form and ticking the box that says you agree to receive text messages from OwnMG. Ticking the box is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and you can sign up for email updates without it.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or have the account holder’s permission, and that you are at least 18 years old.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. OwnMG does not charge for text messages.

How to stop messages

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to stop by emailing info@ownmg.com.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email info@ownmg.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device and network availability.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may update this Mobile Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. You can always find the current version on this page.
